Assisting low income families with household energy need, addressing household needs, providing education material, and coordination of resources.
Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program
Provides assistance to targeted households, with priority given to elderly, disabled, families with young children, and high energy cost related to income.
Household Crisis
Provides utility assistance, service and repair of existing heating and cooling units or portable units in an energy related crisis.
Utility Assistance
Provides energy payments to assist low-income household to reduce their home energy needs.
All clients will receive energy-related needs assessment, referrals, budget counseling, and energy conservation education.
